• Terms and Conditions, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy must be mentioned in the Website Footer.
• In the Return and Refund Policy a standard timeline needs to be mentioned. (7 to 10 working days)
• About Us should be present in the Website Footer, along with company and management details.
• The Registered Address which is provided on the trade license needs to be mentioned on the website footer or contact us page.
• Delivery Time needs to be mentioned on the website. (Inside Dhaka – 5 days & Outside Dhaka – 10 days).
• The trade license Number/ TIN Certificate Number needs to be mentioned on the website footer or in the “About Us” section.
• No demo version or Maintenance site will be acceptable in the case of Payment Gateway.
• An updated payment banner should be attached to the website footer. I am attaching the banner to this email.
• Product stock quantity should be mentioned in the product details. Stock-out / out of stock products should be mentioned in the picture.
• Third-party advertisements should not be allowed. If the merchant allows any third-party advertisement, it should be his responsibility. If the merchant shares any customer information with any third party, it should be the merchant’s responsibility.
• During checkout, there should be a checkbox right before ‘confirming/placing an order that prompts the customer to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return Refund Policy (all hyperlinked to the respective pages). The checkbox should be blank, and the customer has to check it themselves in order to proceed.
