Cashless Coxbaxzar: In collaboration with Bangladesh Bank, SSLCOMMERZ successfully organized the “Cashless Cox’s Bazar” initiative, marking a major step toward a digital economy. Bangladesh Bank Governor Ahsan H. Mansur stated that Cox’s Bazar is being developed as Bangladesh’s first cashless district. The central bank has set a goal of settling at least 75 percent of retail transactions through digital technologies by 2027.
