The Process

For SSLCOMMERZ existing merchant:

Login to your Merchant Panel: https://merchant.sslcommerz.com/
Click on the “Refer & Earn” tab inside your merchant panel, on the left towards the bottom.
Click on the Create Merchant Referral
Input the relevant details, your stores (any of your choice) & your future referred merchants.
Your referred merchant will get a link, via email to sign up, and a code.

For the referred merchant:

Sign up: Your referred person/company will visit join.sslcommerz.com and sign up, with the code, in 5 minutes.
Integration: Your referred merchant will be able to integrate their app/website/Facebook page easily using our video tutorial which we will send to them by email.
They start business online: Your referred merchant can start their online business and use the SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway for FREE for a week.
Final sign-up: After a week of free usage, your referred merchant will do the final sign-up by providing the remaining documents & making the One Time Charge (OTC) payment depending on when applicable.

You get BDT 500: After they complete the final signup & after they get their get first settlement from SSLCOMMERZ, you as an existing SSLCOMMERZ merchant, will get BDT 500 into your account!

Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Overview:

SSLCOMMERZ, a brand of Software Shop Limited, hereby announces the initiation of a referral campaign with respect to its payment gateway as per the terms and conditions provided herein.
Merchants availing the SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway service are invited to refer acquaintances, including friends, family, and known business entities, for them to avail the payment gateway services from SSLCOMMERZ.
There is no restriction on the number of referrals a merchant can make.

2. Eligibility for Referral Rewards:

The referring merchant shall be entitled to receive a reward amounting to BDT 500 from SSLCOMMERZ solely for successful referrals.
A referral shall be deemed successful if the referred merchant:
- Completes the sign-up process.
- Submits all requisite documentation.
- Commences transaction processing.
- Receives at least one settlement from SSLCOMMERZ.
The referral reward amount, inclusive of VAT and Tax, shall be adjusted in accordance with prevailing government policies.
- Only SSLCOMMERZ onboarded existing merchants shall be eligible for the referral program.

3. Modification and Cancellation:

SSLCOMMERZ reserves the exclusive right to modify these terms and conditions, including the campaign modality and referral reward amount, at its discretion, without prior notice.
SSLCOMMERZ reserves the right to terminate the entire referral campaign at any time without prior notice.
SSLCOMMERZ reserves the right to add or remove participating merchants and alter the modality of participating merchants at any time during the campaign period.

4. Suspicion of Abuse:

SSLCOMMERZ reserves the right to terminate any merchant’s participation in the campaign if any transaction or client behavior raises reasonable suspicion of abuse of the campaign benefits.

5. Disbursement of Referral Rewards:

Referral rewards shall be disbursed on a monthly basis during the campaign period in the registered bank account of the referrer merchant.

6. Additional Clauses:

Non-Transferability: Referral rewards are non-transferable and can only be received by the referring merchant following the terms and conditions provided herein.
Confidentiality: Merchants must maintain confidentiality regarding all campaign-related information and must not disclose such information to any third party without SSLCOMMERZ’s prior written consent.
Compliance: All participating merchants must comply with SSLCOMMERZ’s terms of service and any applicable laws and regulations.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
